Sirius stuck on updating channels
As soon as I drove out of the garage into the open, the channel reset took off and cured the frozen dog logo problem. It will go through this cycle whenever I power it on and never leaves the last step. Thanks, Matt My starmate 2 replay also is stuck on 0% updating channels.
I called customer service and they told me my radio was bad. After reading these posts i think Sirius should offer to fix this since it is obviously their update that is bricking these radios!
The "optimize" band-aid is just making Sirius XM's problems worse, and will cost them more money in the long run than stepping up to solve the problem, a problem which they knew about since early 2006.
WILL MY CURRENT SIRIUS RADIO CONTINUE TO WORK AFTER THE MERGER, OR ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO MAKE ME MAD?
